About the Dentist

Hongsok Hwang, DDS, FICOI

Dr. Hwang received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Johns Hopkins University in 1992 and  earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University in 1998.  He also completed a general practice residency at SUNY King's County Hospital in 1999.  He has attended the Las Vegas Institute, is a graduate in Advanced Anterior Functional Aesthetics, and is currently completing his LVI education in cosmetic dentistry and neuromuscular dentistry.  Dr. Hwang has completed graduate courses in Straight Wire Orthodontics, dental implants and conscious sedation.  He has been awarded the distinction of Fellow from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). The ICOI is a worldwide organization of leading dental implantologists.
